Terms of Service
Terms governing your use of Aerish Academy, including accounts, payments, user obligations, and limitations of liability.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Aerish Academy (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Definitions
"Aerish" is a school operations platform developed by Anselia. "School" is the institution subscribing to the Service. "User" includes admins, teachers, staff, students, and parents/guardians.
3. Account & Security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and transaction PIN confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Financial transactions may require setting and entering a PIN.
4. Roles & Multi-Tenancy
The Service is multi-tenant. Each School manages its users’ data and configuration. Access and features depend on roles (e.g. admin, teacher, staff, treasurer, student care, HR, principal, cashier, student/guardian).
5. Scope of Service
- Academics (schedules, grades/report cards, online courses & quizzes);
- Finance & e-wallet (savings, top-ups, bills/tuition, term savings);
- Payments via payment gateways and Virtual Accounts;
- Attendance, new-student admission (PSB), point-of-sale/canteen, HR, and notifications.
6. Payments & Fees
Payments and top-ups are processed via third-party payment gateways. Service/gateway fees may apply and are shown before you complete a transaction. Bill amounts are set by the School. Wallet balances are used per School policy and bear no interest.
7. User Obligations & Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) break the law or infringe others’ rights; (b) upload unlawful, false, or harmful content; (c) attempt unauthorized access, damage, or disrupt the Service; (d) misuse payment features. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Service, software, trademarks, and materials belong to Aerish/Anselia or its licensors. Content owned by schools/users remains the property of its respective owners.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third parties (e.g. payment gateways, cloud storage, notification services), subject to those parties’ own terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aerish/Anselia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
12. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or endangers the security of the Service.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first sought to be resolved amicably, and otherwise through applicable Indonesian legal mechanisms.
14. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified via the app or website.
