Student and Guardian Guide: Aerish Web Portal and App

This guide is for students and guardians who follow school activities from the web or a phone. You will learn what each menu shows, how to pay bills, and how to top up a balance.

Before you start

• Students use a Pengguna group account created by the school. Guardians and parents use the same student account; there is no separate guardian account.
• The web portal is at /user. The phone app is called Aerish.
• The menus you see follow the modules your school has enabled, such as Tahfidz, Online Courses, or bill payments.

Home

After you sign in, Home (/user) shows your profile and attendance summary, the Student action center (Pay bills, Top up balance, Today's schedule, Continue learning), Total Balance, Quran Memorization, Transaction History, and Upcoming Lessons (lesson and activity schedules). On a phone screen, the bottom bar has Home, Academic, Class Schedule, Billing, and My Profile.

My Profile

• The Profile, Parent & Guardian Data, and Documents tabs show the student's data and files.
• Data changes are sent as a request and apply after an admin approves them. Track them in the Change Request History tab. Profile photos update right away.
• The Change Password section is below the Profile tab.

Academic menus

• Academic: a summary of attendance, assessment scores, and final scores.
• Class Schedule and Lesson Attendance: the weekly timetable and Present, Permission, Sick, or Alpha status per lesson.
• Regular Attendance: attendance for routine school activities.
• Qur'an Memorization: memorization progress per surah, recorded by teachers.
• Violations and Ranking: violation records and class ranking.

Online Courses and certificates

1. Open Online Courses and pick a course from your teacher.
2. Study the materials (video, PDF, documents, or links). For manually completed materials, click I Have Finished.
3. Take quizzes before time runs out. Teachers may limit the number of attempts.
4. Once every quiz is passed, the certificate appears on My Certificates (/user/online-course-certificate). Click Download PDF to save it.

Pay bills

1. Open Finance → Billing (/user/billing).
2. On the Pending Bill tab, tick the bills you want to pay, then click Pay n Bills.
3. Check the list in the Create Payment Invoice? dialog, then click Create invoice.
4. Open the invoice under Invoices and choose an available payment method:
   • Pay with balance: the student's balance is deducted right away after you enter the transaction PIN.
   • Manual transfer: copy the account and amount, transfer, then upload the proof. The status waits for the treasurer to verify it.
   • Payment gateway: pay by Virtual Account; the status updates automatically.

If a transfer proof is rejected, read the reason, then upload a valid proof or click Cancel Payment and choose another method.

Balance and top-ups

1. Open Finance → Balances (/user/balance) to see the balance, the Balance Flow Chart, and the Mutation History.
2. To add balance, click Top Up on the Total Balance card or Top up balance in the action center.
3. Choose a method, set the amount (at least IDR 50,000, or pick a quick amount), then confirm.
4. For Transfer, send exactly the Total Payment shown, upload the proof, then click I have finished transferring. Verification can take up to 24 hours. With a Virtual Account, the balance is verified automatically.

The Aerish phone app

The Aerish app (package com.anselia.akademik) uses the same account and is available in Indonesian and English.

• Home: the Main Menu has Bills, Balance, Attendance, Schedule, Quran, Ranking, Articles, Permissions, Health, Violations, and more. Menus not included in the school's plan still show but are locked.
• Academic: Lesson Schedule, Qur'an Memorization, Ranking, Attendance, Online Course, Certificates, Permissions, Health History, and Violations.
• Finance: balance summary, cash flow, transaction history, and Term Savings.
• Notifications: important updates for the student and their guardian.
• Account: Personal Information (including parent data), Guardian Information (the student's homeroom and dorm guardians), Profile Change History, Account Settings, and Privacy Policy.
• Account Settings has Account Security (change password and transaction PIN), Language (Bahasa Indonesia or English), Appearance, and the log out button.

Change the transaction PIN

1. Open Account → Account Settings → Account Security.
2. Tap Ubah PIN Transaksi (Change Transaction PIN).
3. Enter the old PIN, a new 6-digit PIN, and repeat the new PIN, then save. The new PIN must differ from the old one.

Troubleshooting

• A menu is missing or locked: that module is not active for your school. Contact the school.
• "Insufficient balance" when paying: top up first or choose another method.
• "Minimum top up is IDR 50,000": increase the top-up amount.
• Forgot the old PIN: contact your school admin.
